I help individuals, couples , and families navigate messy relationships, sexual concerns, infertility, parenting transitions, career stress, and the unique challenges of military or neurodiverse life. My approach is modern, client-centered, and no-BS, focused on helping you strengthen communication, rebuild intimacy, and reclaim connection and resilience.
